Power description: Able to create solid objects out of luminescent, mostly transparent matter, most easily refereed to as "solid energy." The basic manifestations are flat, immobile walls, the largest hes been able to make at 8 feet tall, 8 feet wide. Walls are near impenetrable, but require constant focus to maintain. Longest time a wall has been maintained is five minuets with no distractions and no attacks made on projection. Devin is currently trying to figure out how to make multiply walls at once or what he calls "a bubble shield."
